Announcement on the application for the export booth of the 129th China Import and Export Fair

The application for the export booth of the 129th China Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as the 129th Canton Fair) was launched on October 28, 2020. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Exhibition time and format

The 129th Canton Fair is planned to be held in mid-to-late April 2021. The specific format will be determined according to the global epidemic situation and domestic epidemic prevention and control requirements.

2. Exhibition content section

A total of 16 categories of goods were exhibited, namely: electronics and home appliances, lighting, vehicles and accessories, machinery, hardware tools, building materials, chemical products, new energy, consumer goods, gifts, home decorations, textiles and clothing, shoes, Office bags and leisure supplies, medicine and healthcare, food.

3. Start and end time of booth application

Application for brand booth confirmation: October 28-November 20, 2020

General Booth Application: October 28-November 30, 2020

4. Booth application process

The Canton Fair export exhibition booth is divided into brand booths and general booths. Please log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibitor Easypass" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/), register and confirm company and exhibit information, and apply for a booth. After completing the online application and registration, please contact the trading group to which you belong (see Annex 2 for the contact information of the trading group) for follow-up related matters.

(1) Brand booth

The 129th Canton Fair only makes adjustment arrangements for the brand booths that companies have voluntarily applied for return and the exhibition. Participants of the 128th Canton Fair brand booth, please confirm the 129th brand booth application according to the corresponding booth area and quantity of the original brand booth, and print the application form for participation (path: booth application-my booth application-brand booth confirmation application) After affixed with the official seal, report to the trading group. If you confirm to return all or part of the brand booth, please submit a written application for returning the booth with the official seal (automatically generated by the system when confirming the application) and report to the trading group; Brand booth.

According to the dynamic adjustment mechanism of brand booths at the Canton Fair, non-branded companies can submit, supplement or update brand booth application materials in writing to their trading groups at any time, and add them to the list of brand booth candidates according to the evaluation scores.

(2) General booth

Companies interested in participating in the Canton Fair and qualified for participation in the Canton Fair (see Appendix 3 for the eligibility criteria for participation), please fill in the booth application information of the corresponding exhibition area according to the exhibit catalog, and print the application form (path: booth application-my booth application-general Booth application) and affixed with the official seal, together with the foreign trade operator’s record registration form and other materials required by the trading group to submit to the trading group, the participation applicant will become effective.

The third phase of the central channel booth accepts applications for the participation of regional characteristic industrial clusters (only for the third phase of the exhibition area except food). Please request the regional characteristic industrial clusters to submit to the affiliated trading group, and submit a written application to the conference before December 25, 2020 after being reviewed by the affiliated trading group (with written application materials for regional characteristic industrial clusters, contact number: 020-89138575, Fax: 020-89138550).

(3) Booth for new energy and pet supplies

In principle, the number and location of the booths in the New Energy and Pet Products exhibition area of the 129th Canton Fair will remain unchanged at the 128th session, and only the booths that have been retracted by the conference and the original companies have not confirmed overdue adjustment arrangements.

Exhibitors in the 128th Canton Fair New Energy and Pet Products Pavilion, please confirm the 129th exhibition application according to the original exhibition area and the number of booths, and print the application form (Path: Booth Application-My Booth Application-General Booth Apply) and affix the official seal to the trading group to which it belongs. No other materials are required. If it is confirmed that the number of booths will be reduced or the booth is not confirmed after the expiry date, the booth will be deemed to be returned to the corresponding booth.

For other companies that are interested in participating in the exhibition and are eligible to participate in the New Energy and Pet Products Pavilion of the Canton Fair, please apply according to the "Exhibitor Yijietong" system fill-in steps (path: booth application-my booth application-general booth application), companies Application materials such as business license, foreign trade operator registration certificate, customs declaration registration certificate and other application materials must be submitted online (for details of application qualifications, material list, etc., see Annex 4), and the domestic sales certificate and the official seal of the participation application form Report to the affiliated trading group for review and filing. Five, matters needing attention

(1) Please follow the system prompts and fill in relevant information in detail and truthfully. If you encounter any problems in the application, you can refer to the operation guide of the "Notification Bulletin Board" on the homepage of the "Exhibitor Easy Access" system, or contact the Customer Contact Center (4000-888-999) of the Canton Fair in time to solve it.

(2) Exhibits registered at the time of booth application will not be displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair. If you need to maintain the exhibit information displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair, please log in to the official website "Cloud Showroom Management" system to perform related operations after obtaining the booth arrangement. Companies whose exhibits involve knives must truthfully fill in the tool exhibits in the "Main Exhibits" column.

(3) When applying for a booth in an exhibition area that implements specialized divisions of exhibits, it is necessary to truthfully declare the corresponding exhibit area according to the main exhibit category (accounting for more than 60% of the company's exhibits) to facilitate buyers to accurately find the target booth and improve the effectiveness of the exhibition.

(4) The participation fee standard of the 129th Canton Fair has not yet been determined. Exhibitors may be required to pay corresponding fees according to the price standard of physical exhibition booths and the participation services provided by online exhibitions.

Six, special warning

(1) The entry into force of an enterprise's online participation application does not mean that it has obtained a booth. The booth arrangement will be determined according to the relevant measures of the Canton Fair export booth arrangement. The result of the arrangement will be subject to the final announcement of the booth number of "Exhibitor Ejet" or the notification of the trading delegation.

(2) "Exhibition Yijietong" is the only official booth application channel of the Canton Fair. For booth application related matters, please contact your trading team first. All exhibition matters, including payment of participation fees, application for certificates, etc., must be handled through the affiliated trading group. The Canton Fair Export Exhibition does not entrust any unit or individual other than the trading delegation to represent any booth application, arrangement and other matters. Relevant instructions for booth application in the new energy and pet products exhibition area

1. Booth usage conditions

(1) Exhibitor qualification standards

1. Obtain the legal person business license, import and export enterprise qualification certificate or foreign trade operator registration certificate in accordance with the law, and have handled the import and export enterprise code;

2. The exhibits belong to the scope of exhibits specified in the exhibition area (see Annex 1 of the notice body for details);

3. Under the statistics of the Canton Fair, the export value in 2019 will reach 750,000 US dollars (inclusive), or the domestic sales in either year of 2019 or 2020 will reach 5 million yuan (inclusive). Among them, the basis for the verification of export value is customs statistics, and the basis for verification of domestic sales is the value-added tax return that has been verified and stamped by the trading group.

(2) Exhibits under one of the following circumstances are prohibited from participating in the exhibition

1. Exhibits that are not specified in the "Scope of Exhibits at China Import and Export Fair (Export Exhibition)".

2. Exhibits that do not comply with the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China", "The Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant export product quality laws and regulations.

3. Exhibits that involve trademarks, patents, and copyrights, but have not obtained legal rights certificates or licenses.

4. Exhibits deemed infringing by judicial organs, arbitration organs or intellectual property administrative organs.

5. Exhibits that have bad records in commercial or entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies and other quality supervision and management departments and have not passed re-inspection.

(3) Enterprises in one of the following situations are prohibited from exhibiting

1. Enterprises that violate laws and regulations announced to the public by the Ministry of Commerce and local competent commercial departments at all levels are prohibited from participating in the exhibition during the announcement period.

2. Enterprises in violation of laws and regulations notified by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, Customs, Taxation, Quality Inspection, Foreign Exchange, and Environmental Protection shall be prohibited from participating within the penalty period; if there is no penalty period, they shall be prohibited from participating in the exhibition for six consecutive sessions from the date of penalty.

3. Enterprises that violate the relevant regulations of the conference due to illegal transfer or subletting (lease) of Canton Fair booths, suspected major exhibition quality and trade dispute complaints, intellectual property rights infringement, etc., and are within the penalty period of disqualification for participation.

4. Enterprises that have been disqualified from exhibiting because they refuse to obey the management of the conference, disrupt the order of the exhibition, etc., which have a significant adverse effect on the reputation or normal operation of the Canton Fair.

2. List of application materials for exhibition

(1) The participation application form confirmed by the seal;

(2) Enterprise business license;

(3) Qualification certificate of import and export enterprise or record registration certificate of foreign trade operator;

(4) The customs declaration registration certificate corresponding to the enterprise's customs code. If the customs code of a wholly-owned or controlled subsidiary needs to be used, a third-party certification document of the relevant equity relationship shall be submitted;

(5) Proof of domestic sales in 2019 or 2020, that is, the corresponding annual value-added tax return that has been reviewed and stamped by the trading group (if the certificates for 2019 and 2020 are submitted at the same time, the higher one shall be used as the basis for the arrangement);

(6) Product introductions, pictures, and related invention patents, overseas trademarks, industry certifications, and relevant certificates for participating in overseas professional exhibitions that meet the scope of exhibits in the applied exhibition area.

Three, fill in matters needing attention

(1) There are special exhibition areas under the new energy and pet products exhibition area, and different booth arrangement standards are set for different areas. Please be sure to fill in the information truthfully and carefully, specifically:

New energy exhibition area: solar photovoltaic products, solar thermal products, wind energy and other new energy products;

Pet products exhibition area: pet products, pet food.

(2) The export value calculated according to the customs code is an important reference standard for booth arrangement. Please confirm the company’s customs code according to the operating instructions. The customs code of a wholly-owned or holding subsidiary is allowed, but the relevant equity relationship certificate must be provided at the same time, and the subsidiary shall not apply for the booth in the exhibition area.
